Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible. As part of the App’s functionality, you may be asked to create a profile that includes a first name, age, default language, and default narrator voice. This information is used to generate stories at an appropriate reading level and enhance the personalized experience of the App. This information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third Party Services
Our website and the App uses third-party service providers to enable certain features and improve the functionality of our service.
For the App, these third-party services include OpenAI and Stability.ai, which facilitate the AI-driven story generation in our App. When you create a story using our App, we send information that you input into the story generator to these services, which process this data and return AI-generated text and images to be incorporated into your story. Please note that we do not share any personally identifiable information, such as your name or email address, with these service providers when creating these stories.
Additionally, we use in-app purchase services provided by the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store for subscription payments. We do not have access to your payment information, as all transactions are processed directly by these platforms. We only receive information related to the transaction necessary to fulfill our obligations under our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, such as details of the purchase and subscription status.
Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
